2023 Featured speaker: Kevin Graham

Kevin Graham, Director of Plant Engineering at Volvo Cars in Ridgeville, SC, will be the featured speaker at our event this year. Kevin currently serves as the Director of Plant Engineering for Volvo Cars’ first US manufacturing plant in Ridgeville, South Carolina. Kevin joined Volvo in 2017 as the Director of Vehicle Assembly, where he led production, maintenance and Industrial Engineering teams as they began their journey from construction into full vehicle production. He also served as Director of Operational Development driving initiatives in Smart Manufacturing and People & Process Development. In his current role, Kevin’s responsibility spans new model launch initiatives, capacity planning, plant strategy development, as well as facility and environmental management. |
Prior to joining Volvo, Kevin spent 14 years with Hyundai Motor Manufacturing in Montgomery, Alabama. There he held various senior level positions within Production and Quality Control. In total, Kevin has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing leadership.
His passion is helping others achieve their purpose and ambitions. Kevin enjoys coaching and developing others and places great value on the development of relationships.
Kevin serves on Advisory Boards at both Clemson University and the College of Charleston. He also stays engaged with the community by serving on the Board of Directors of the Greater Summerville/Dorchester Chamber of Commerce.
He earned an MBA from Auburn University and is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
