CEJC Annual Engineers Week Banquet Sponsorship Levels
The mission of the Charleston Engineers Joint Council (CEJC) is to inspire Lowcountry Youth, serve as an advocate of Lowcountry STEM Programs, and be the catalyst that creates synergies between our professional member organizations, our local industry partners, and educational institutions.
The Council supports Charleston area professional engineering societies with their individual society goals and provides outreach, educational services and support for children to encourage their pursuit of engineering and technological careers. One of the ways the CEJC accomplishes these missions is by offering scholarships to highly qualified young men and women to assist them in their goals of becoming engineers. The Council is currently soliciting financial support from organizations in the Charleston area towards sponsorship of our scholarship program, various educational outreach programs and the annual Engineers Banquet. |
Annually the scholarship committee awards a minimum of two scholarships to a graduating high school student, who has been accepted to an engineering or technology program at an institution of higher learning and we support two scholarships to a currently enrolled student in a local university engineering program.
Thanks to the proceeds from our 2023 E-Week Banquet and support of our member societies and industry partners last year, we were able to provide 7 scholarships totaling $3750 to students at 3 local high schools. It is the goal of the Council to continue to provide scholarships such as these mentioned. With your help we can achieve this goal.
Every year the Council provides financial and volunteer support to programs which encourage children to be involved in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) related development programs which will better prepare them academically for engineering curriculums.
With financial sponsorship from your institution, the CEJC will continue to support young men and women as they pursue an engineering education. If your organization is interested in sponsoring our Banquet this year, please do not hesitate to contact us. For sponsorship levels please see the attached sheet.
The Council appreciates the support of your organization.
And remember, you must attend the Banquet for raffle gift eligibility!
Please contact Dr. John Peeples with all sponsorship inquiries.
